How to Withdraw

Cash out from your Commission, Binary or Income wallet to your own GCash, UnionBank, GoTyme or Maya account. Every picture below is the screen you will see, with the button to press ringed in gold.

What You Need

Before You Start

A Confirmed Email Address

Each withdrawal is approved by a link we email you, so your email address has to be confirmed first.

Your Own Payout Account

GCash, UnionBank, GoTyme or Maya, with its name, its number and its QR code. Step 1 shows where it goes.

Money in a Wallet

Your Commission, Binary or Income wallet, with at least ₱500 in it. The Dashboard shows what each one holds.

Save Your Payout Account (Once)

Tap Account at the bottom and scroll to Payout Account. Choose GCash, UnionBank, GoTyme or Maya, enter the name and number it is registered to, upload its QR code, then tap Save Payout Account. Every withdrawal is paid there.

  2. 2The name the account is registered to, exactly.
  3. 3Its number. For GCash and Maya, the 11-digit mobile number.

You do this once. Change it on the same card any time; a withdrawal already asked for still goes to the account named in its email.

Open Withdraw and Choose a Wallet

Tap Withdraw in the bar at the bottom. Under Withdraw From, each wallet shows what it holds and whether it can be asked from now. Tap the one you want.

  3. 3What the chosen wallet holds, and the days it can be asked from.
Commission and Binary can be asked Monday to Friday, Income on Fridays, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Binary says Until the Cap while it waits for your account to reach its earnings cap.

Enter the Amount, Then Tap Continue

Type the amount in pesos. Paid To is your payout account, and the box under it shows the administrative fee and what you receive. Check them, then tap Continue.

  1. 1The amount: at least ₱500, up to ₱50,000 at a time. Use full balance fills it in.
  2. 2Where it is paid. Change opens the Account page.
  3. 3The fee for this wallet, and what reaches your account.
  4. 4Continue.
The administrative fee is 10% on Commission and 5% on Binary and Income. The whole amount leaves your wallet; it arrives less the fee.

Check Your Email

The form turns into Check your email: we have emailed you a link to approve this withdrawal. Nothing has left your wallet yet.

  2. 2Your request: its reference, the wallet, the fee, what you receive and where.
No email after a few minutes? Look in Spam or Promotions.

Open the Email and Click the Link

Open the email from FXSupremacy. Check that the account in it is your own, then click the link within an hour. Nothing leaves your wallet until you do.

  1. 1Check this is your own account, name and number.
  2. 2Click the link to confirm.
Did not ask for it? Do not click the link. Change your password straight away, because someone may have access to your account.

See It Confirmed

The link opens Confirm Withdrawal. Confirmed means your part is done: the amount has left your wallet and the payout is queued. Our team sends it, and we email you when it has been sent.

Follow It Through to Paid

On Withdraw, Your withdrawals lists every request and where it stands. Once it is paid, the row shows the transfer reference, to find it in your own app.

When You Can Withdraw

Each wallet has its own days and its own administrative fee. The Withdraw page always shows the current ones under When You Can Withdraw.

Minimum ₱500, up to ₱50,000 a withdrawal, as many withdrawals as you need. The fee is deducted from what is paid out. Our team releases each payout to your account after you confirm it.

Your Withdrawals

What Each Status Means

  1. Awaiting email

    Waiting for you to click the link in the email. Nothing has left your wallet, and you can still Cancel.

  2. Queued

    Confirmed: the amount has left your wallet. Our team releases it to your payout account.

  3. Sending

    Being sent to your account.

  4. Paid

    In your account. The row shows the transfer reference, to find it in your own app.

  5. Rejected

    Not sent. The amount went back to your wallet, and the reason is shown on the request.

  6. Failed

    It could not be sent. The amount is back in your wallet.

  7. Cancelled

    Never confirmed: cancelled, or the link ran out. Nothing left your wallet.

Read This Once

Avoid These Mistakes

Someone Else's Account

Use an account in your own name. A payout sent to a wrong number may not come back.

A Typo in the Number

Check the number in the email before you click the link. Wrong? Do not confirm: correct it on Account and start again.

Outside the Wallet's Days

A closed wallet says when it opens. Income is asked on Fridays only.

A Link Left Too Long

The email link expires after an hour. Nothing has left your wallet: just start again.

Questions

If You Are Wondering

Is there a fee?

Yes, an administrative fee for each wallet, deducted from what is paid out: 10% on Commission, 5% on Binary and Income. Withdraw shows the fee and what you receive before you continue.

How long does it take?

Once you confirm, our team releases each payout to your account by hand. You are emailed when it has been sent, and the row turns Paid.

What is the smallest amount? And the largest?

₱500 at least, and up to ₱50,000 in one withdrawal. For more, make another one after it: as many as you need.

Why does Binary say Until the Cap?

Binary bonuses can be withdrawn once your account has reached its earnings cap. Until then they stay in your Binary wallet, and the Withdraw page says how far along you are.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Before you click the email link, yes: tap Cancel on it under Your withdrawals, or simply let the link expire. Once it is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

I did not get the email.

Look in Spam and Promotions, and check the address the Withdraw page says it went to. Still nothing? Cancel the request under Your withdrawals and open Support from the app.
